線上申請時有學校問到：
1.Languages in which you are fluent?
我知道要寫Chinese，但English該寫嗎？
2.Please list any other graduate schools to which you are applying.
要寫實話嗎？還是簡單寫個幾家就好了，謝謝！

does it matter if don't write English?

I mean, if you don't anything about English, how can you fill this form, not to mention pass these exams.

In my viewpoint, just mention that your other language proficiency (other than English). If you want to count English in, it is OK, right?
