Due to your outstanding professional achievements, academic performance and personal attributes, the school would like to offer you a half-tuition fellowship.
In order to confirm your fellowship, you must submit this signed contract along with your Certificate of Intention to Register and a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1500 on or before April 1st. Fellowship deadlines will not be extended.
Your signature below acknowledges acceptance of the following fellowship offer:
• The fellowship will cover half tuition remission.
• This award is contingent upon your enrollment at the school for the 2006-2007 academic year. The award can’t be deferred.
• Renewal of your fellowship for the 2007-208 academic year is contingent upon maintaining good academic standing throughout your first year as defined by school guidelines.
• If your fellowship is attached to a particular donor you may be asked to attend a luncheon honoring this donor. You should be prepared to write a thank-you letter and to present your resume. You will be notified of your donor at the beginning of the academic year.
• Other forms of financial aid, including Federal Stafford loans and private supplemental loans, may be adjusted upon acceptance of this fellowship.
I accept the half tuition fellowship and conditions (subject to change):

Actually I already sent an email to Marshall but no one has answered me yet. I can't wait until then so I am asking this question here.
And I also got another form saying that they need my information for them to find a matching donor. So, does that mean I could get fellowship only if there is a matching donor or I can have fellowship anyway? I hope this letter means that I “already” have the fellowship not just have the “opportunity”. I don’t want to feel too happy until I am pretty sure. >_<
Thank you for your help

and sorry I can't type chinese in my office
