這題真是要申訴一下，基於生活水平上升就有赤字，但生活水平下降又有貿易平衡問題，那麼就是貿易與貿易赤字對生活水平的綜合關係
CD兩選項可在第一時間刪掉，剩ABE
A可以接受，但我想問，B的後半段發生，也就是生活水平下降，就不必balance嗎?
