這應該是在考句意 spending 應該是修飾doctors
但是我覺得自己有一些文法的盲點 所以想請教各位高手
spending 是怎麼修飾doctors?是什麼結構?

V+ing 子句作修飾時，修飾前面整個句子或部分句子。這題顯然 "insurance plans" 不會 "spend less time with each"，所以刪(B)(C)(E)。
