這兩個題目好像是一樣的,請給我一點建議吧!!!

1. List experiences which contributed to your professional growth such as supervisory activities, program development, etc..
2. Please describe unique personal experiences such as leadership activities, special assignments, etc.. Explain what these experiences meant to you in terms of professional growth.

我覺得這兩個essay的題目超類似的,有點難區隔,還是因為我的英文太爛了會錯意,請大家給點意見

第一題比較想要你表達哪些經驗使你職場上的表現更突出,例如監督屬下..等等
題目說list 出來,應該是寫1.在學校當..隊長使你學到...技能 2. 上過...管理課程使你學到...技能 (不確定,看看別的大大的回應)

第二題沒限制你領導能力是在哪一方面,可以提出在學校,生活中的例子,題目說要獨特得經驗,就不要提一些太普遍的例子

希望我不要誤導你,別的大大看到我說錯了趕快糾正歐

我覺得........
第一題偏重一般事務、專案或活動的管理，只要列出即可(應該是越多越好)。
第二題偏重領導經驗(人的管理)或進行特殊任務的經驗，而且要清楚說明這些經驗對職涯的意義。此時應該就要慎選那些比較具有代表性的經驗詳述了。

第一題:主要是看你專業的成長過程
第二題:是要看有無特殊的實例
PS:在請問一下如果學校沒有要求大家都也多少字阿???
