1) 用分號區隔independent clause ,
2)it 指代Intersudy.
3)verb-tense 也無誤.

關於D選項，我覺得:
1. 雖然文法沒錯，但According..., 後面的主要句應該直接把重點提出。這題主要是在比較不同時間點的"percent"，所以如C選項以only 36 percent開頭較好。D選項以it開頭，主題不對。
2. that指代不清

關於D選項，個人覺得應該是would be profitable this year與原句(will be)想表達的意思有異。

表示推測時，will的程度大於would，所以兩個是不太一樣的。

(D) would 用於表達意願以及有預期事件要發生的情況; 也就是主觀的認為會怎樣怎樣,既然已主觀的認定,就沒有 estimate 的空間; i.e. estimate 跟 would 在辭意上是互相牴觸的. 所以 (D) 不好.

比例的單複數取決於後面跟著的名詞. 607 HMO’s 可數,複數.
