在A選項裡，
an evolutionary advantage是malaria的同位語？瘧疾怎麼會是優點呢...
即使硬把an evolutionary advantage看成修飾people，people怎麼會是優點呢...
C的句意看起來比較通順些...

請問C錯在哪裡？A又怎麼解釋？

我認為a沒問題
這邊的an evolutionary advantage代前面整句,而非光是malaria

c我認為邏輯意思怪怪
變成people擁有an evolutionary advantage
而事實上其實應該是----有the sickle cell anemia gene的這些人對瘧疾免疫----這整個情形是an evolutionary advantage
