這兩天練習了一些interview，發現只要問到一些深入的問題，舌頭就開始打結.... 剩不到幾天了，要好好努力～

到時候再來分享一些interview的經驗～！

以我切身經驗告訴你
mock interview不要太多
因為太多的話可能講來講去都是那些題目
臨上場題目換一下就轉換不過來
結果自已就好像背東西一樣背出來文不對題的東西

如果你有寫稿的話
也只要準備幾題基本的
因為常常面試官會問一些深入的問題
你根本無從準備起

把自已整個申請的package融會員通
才能以不變應萬變
兵來將擋
水來土淹
見招拆招
(別看我這麼說，其實這也只是我對自已的期許，
做到幾分就很難說 :PP

)

在此貢獻小弟昨天接受Kellogg phone interview的內容：

Tell me about your university
Why did you choose your university major

Why did you choose your job
Tell me about your company
Tell me about your job function in detail=> 會繼續追問下去細節
How will your team members describe you
Is there anything that your team members think that you may need to improved
Did your manager ever give you any advices on work
Your career progress compared to your peers

Why MBA; why now
What will you do after you have finished your MBA

Why Kellogg => 在此我表達很遺憾今年在台灣都沒有Kellogg的info session, 而admission officer也欣然接受並很高興我告訴她這一點。

Tell me your hobby => I play LEGO as life-long interest, so I made a joke about "I wish I knew how to quit you" :smile

由於我把整個phone interview的回答對話用錄音筆錄下（礙於器材限制，無法直接錄下對方的談話），因此以上問題的至少cover到95%以上的interview過程，全程歷時接近40分鐘。

就像Sophie講的，mock interview做太多真的沒有用。以上問到的很多題都是我從來沒有準備過的。不過對方問題問得雖然深入，但整體氣氛卻是很casual，因此我的感想是除了因為語言限制因而有些想說的細節無法表達之外，I feel I can really be myself throughout the interview.

所以我的建議是除了準備why MBA, why this school之類的general question外，一定要把自己的essay和整個application package都弄熟，對於自己的career要有清楚的想法。此外如果你的公司或是學校對於Kellogg的admission officer來說可能不是那麼熟悉的話，最好要能對公司或學校做簡單的介紹。（以上都是理想狀況，事後聽起我自己的錄音，無時無刻不扼腕稱惜 ;''(

）

面試我的應該是一位admission officer，對方在interview一開始就先跟我致歉，說因為申請人數太多，無法全部安排面對面interview，並且說明interview的進行方式是blind的，也就是說她手上只有我的resume以及在part-1填的個人基本資料，因此我可以回答essay上的內容。這一點雖然在Kellogg網頁上已經提及，但是對方在interview開始前又詳細說明一次，把遊戲規則都講清楚，讓我感覺很窩心，也稍微緩和了我在interview開始前緊張的情緒。

整個interview過程感覺非常地supportive，氣氛很輕鬆（我在那邊結結巴巴的時候不算），interview完之後更想進去Kellogg了。例如對方知道我的career goal之後，就很熱心地跟我介紹了Kellogg的MMM program，並說明有些學生是進Kellogg之後才發現自己其實需要MMM，因此建議我可以提早參考看看。而我表達我自知自己的英文還要再加強時，她也安慰我說她可以聽得懂我講什麼，不過Kelogg有accent class, 尤其對international student在找工作時特別有幫助。

但願以上資料對大家有幫助，拋磚引玉，希望能有更多人分享心得～！
