M: Did you check the status on the library’s computer?
W: I try but I couldn’t figure out what to do.
M: Well I can call it up right here. You want a Hawkins’ book, right? It looks like it will be out for another 6 weeks.
W：Oh no! I really need it for paper that’s due in 2 weeks. Is there anything that you can do?
M: Sure, we can try to get it from the other library, just fill out this form and it should be here in 3 to 5 days. But it will cost 2 dollars.
M: What a relief! This will really help!
