補充一下好了，應該是可以往兩方面寫吧，第一個如同Davidlee0222大哥說的；另一個可以寫的就是因為你而改變事情現況。
管理學或是組織行為學有一章好像是談認知的吧，人面對認知失調時的四種處理態度。這一題就是如此，可以寫你無法改變環境下如何自處或是你如何改變現況。我想學校會比較希望看到的是積極的態度，參考一下。

情緒有連貫性跟重疊性
管理學有點把人給他原子化了
忽略了滿多情緒部份
重點在情境跟當時的動機與思維
要留意在當時您是不知道未來狀況的
