我想先確認我的理解並無錯誤。在B這地方的坐監人口增加。但是政府資料卻顯示，受審的犯罪案件或犯罪率並無上升。因此，推得因犯罪而坐監的人口比率增加。

坐監人口↑，犯罪人口不變，所以（坐監人口/犯罪人口） ↑

題目求weaken

選項C是說要被關進監獄的犯罪之最低的服刑年限增加 ，是表示坐監人口的增加是因為最低的服刑年限增加。恕我愚笨，這樣有weaken到嗎？是weaken到哪一點？前人說是他因造成相同結果，題目似乎沒說那個原因造成坐監人口增加阿？可是題目不是要weaken（坐監人口/犯罪人口）的比率 ↑嗎？
