小弟我個人認為:
原本乍看之下, and左右兩邊好像是可以共用主詞, 並且都是接過去式動詞的, 但是仔細看了看the most significant postwar trend accelerated a phenomenon, 不難發現句意好像不太清楚, 所說的「a phenomenon」到底是什麼樣的現象呢?? 所以把它寫成同位語就比較合適(B選項)。而這phenomenon就是代表前面the decentralization of cities throughout the United States的這個現象。

這是我個人的看法...
若有錯...請高手們指正...謝謝...^^
