請問大家:Q73.錯誤部分該如何改呢?覺得好像很簡單,但改不出來.

Light from the sun can penetrate only a few hundred

meters below surface of the ocean. 錯誤是below surface那一格,是應該改成under或是surface之前加上the呢?
還有,突然忘了under/below的用法..可以順便請好心人解答嗎?[/highlight]

surface是可數名詞~所以改成 below the surface 就可以了~

其實你看 Q74 的題目就知道 Q73的答案了~~~ ;))

Longman的解釋是：
under 泛指在下面，比較常當prep. 用，雖然也可以當adv.
below 指的是one thing is at a much lower level than another，可當 prep. 或 adv.
