我覺得A跟E排除的點可能是在於A的for commercial purposes 跟E的Some family vehicles
這兩種都是電動車的其中一部份車種,不代表所以電動車
有點少數就等於多數的感覺

Choices A and E are incorrect because the producer's plan is focused on commuters, so the way some electric vehicles are used for commercial purposes(A) or for running errands (E) is of no relevance to the plan.
這是OG的解釋，我想應該是說製造商這個計畫的焦點主要是放在commuters身上，所以(A)的商業用車和(E)的家庭用車對這個計畫來說應該都是屬於無關的選項...
