很少聽到人討論IRVINE
不知道大家對他MBA印象如何
排名在50左右 算是不好不壞
學校鄰近LA大城市 又是UC系統 風景優美氣候佳 在台灣有一定的知名度
我想這些應該都算是除了排名之外的一些附加價值
總的說起來 申請過程中Irvine給我的印象極佳 很積極效率高 感覺很有步驟
而且最近換新院長 似乎是很有企圖心
不過希望有人知道更多的 可以提供一些意見或想法
大家多多交流 謝謝啦

我今天早上1/24收到UCI的錄取通知
上禮拜五面試的,隱約覺得結果應該很快就出來了吧~卻沒想到是在這樣有點讓我下到的速度出來的
很厚臉皮地寫信去問了獎學金的事情,誰叫他當初用美金45000來利誘我去申請...HAHA
雖然uci只是新春第一發,但我仍然在等待更令人期待的結果
有上uci的可以來交流一下囉^^"

唉呀呀,不要難過不要難過
我只能說我一面試完就告訴自己不要得失心太重
畢竟每個人的目標都不一樣
我陷再反而擔心第一家好運會搞的我後面的學校都槓X.......呸呸呸
我幹麻沒事唱衰自己...><
Anyways,我覺得只要盡全力申請2006的MBA,其實大家都可以是winner...
現在開始傷腦筋飯飽大學的面試了,還有我的Purdue & Wisconsin....
怎麼一直都沒來啊......><"
我只能說我一面試完就告訴自己不要得失心太重
畢竟每個人的目標都不一樣
我陷再反而擔心第一家好運會搞的我後面的學校都槓X.......呸呸呸

是收到錄取之後寫信去問的嗎?
還是你指的事之前Mrs. Vasquez Maureen的信?那封我也有收到
不過安全起見我還是寫給UCI去問了
希望有獎學金
否則只好期待上看了....

我是1/24收到連續三封UCI的信
其中一封來自admissions office
部分內容如下:
I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected to receive a Merage
Fellowship. Merage Fellows are chosen for their academic and intellectual
performance and their potential to contribute to their classmates and to the
School. This prestigious fellowship award is contingent on your continued
full-time enrollment in MBA coursework while maintaining a satisfactory
academic record and consists of the following:
1. A $45,000 scholarship ($22,500/year),
2. The opportunity to meet monthly with the Dean and other Merage Fellowship
recipients to discuss the strategy for the Merage school and to review your own
career objectives,
3. Guaranteed housing in an on-campus apartment (you will still pay the rent
for the apartment; however, on-campus housing is very difficult to obtain and
much less expensive than off-campus housing).
4. Top priority for a research or teaching assistantship in the second year,
and
5. An executive mentor from a leading company in the Orange County community
