這題很奇怪, 我覺得每句我都看得懂, 但我覺得它們各句(包括答案)都風馬牛不相干, 根本就不應該會兜在一塊的句子, 湊起來完全都不知道在講啥, 因此只好在此求助高手解題，　看看是不是我自以為的了解其實有誤

我誤會第一句話的意思了
the first of the month是不是這個月的第一天的意思啊
所以第一句話是說, 又到了這個月的一號了, 我得付我的電話費了
對嗎?
