答案是(C)沒錯, 我檢查了一下, 發現是自己眼花搞錯了

而且(C)應該改為2005fresh說的temperature at which沒錯
可以看到這些例句:
There is an optimum temperature at which these bacteria are most active
There is An optimum Temperature at which sensitivity maximizes.
