今天收到學校寄來的信上說

"In order to process you SEVIS I-20 we need the Affidavit of Support be notarized. Please provide us with this document that we can issue your I-20."

上面要我提供個Affidavit of Support
不知道在哪邊可以找到他的document
我在網站上只看到
Recommendation Form
Transcript Request Form
Visa Request Form
這三種而已....

ps. 信上的意思是表示要發給我I-20,給我admission嗎??

baruch不是要求申請時就要將財力證明一起寄嗎
這樣又得多花一次郵費了

他應該是要求完成公證的財力聲明書
這個自己用A4打一打 再給sponsor簽名就好
然後要帶sponsor去公證(剛好前面有人提到)
付上銀行的英文存款證明寄去

所以不清楚這個要的是什麼
可能是我沒有公證吧....(要去哪裡公證啊)

要的是財力聲明書的公証
而不是財力證明的公証
直接打去2388-8688
民間公證人問需要什麼吧

如果你跟我一樣是申請的是flex-time MBA，提供下列資訊給你：

1. http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/issc/Forms.htm

可以看到申請I20的相關表格

2. 財力證明的表格，我猜你一開始估計的可能不夠，因為似乎大多數國際學生都要上英文課，所以花費會多2100，我一開始也是覺得很怪，打電話去吵，後來才知道是我的spons letter跟財力證明上的錢少了一點點，重新補寄過去就ok了。當然也可能是他們自己部門文件傳送的問題，ISSC直接叫重新寄一份比較快。

3. 我記得這間學校是不用公證的(我沒公證啦)，你只要附上I20的相關申請表，財力證明，護照影本以及sponsor letter就好了，如果你要sponsor letter的範本，我放在檔案裡，你可以修改一下再給資助人簽名。

我申請這家的時候是有附經過公證後的財力聲明信
(就像上面提供的那樣)
記的公證一次挺貴的，要八百的樣子

他給我是flex-time的offer,
他要求我再附一次財力證明,
但我沒有公証,寄出去隔一個禮拜就拿到I-20囉!!
當作參考囉!!

昨天回我東西收到了
今天就收到admission
真是有效率~

不用面試就錄取了 真是lucky~
不過話說回來 我現在上的 全都不用面試
需要面試的都還沒消沒息的 ><

今天早上收到這封Email...是針對admitted students reception的邀請。雖然我還蠻高興的，但是... 我從頭到尾都沒有收到錄取信啊！難道就這封信來代表錄取信嗎？
