最近拿到Admission, 請問這三間的優劣利弊我自己有做以下這些功課(不知資料是否正確?), 但還是拿不定主意, 想請前輩們給我些建議及分析. 我未來想concentrate於Marketing
SUNY-stony brook: (優)SUNY系列,教學應有一定品質;近NYC約1hour
(缺)MBA僅成立幾年,聽說學校尚未拿到AACSB, 不知是否實際上整體課程還不是很有系統?
Rutgers-Camden: (優)location方便; 雖是Camden分校,但Rutgers名聲不錯; 有Concentrations on E-Commerce Technology.
(缺)該校區治安不好, Camden分校資源較少,programs也較少.
UTD-professional:(優)排名最佳; 生活費較低
(缺) Evening MBA晚上上課, 華人較多;上課採大班制
另請教是否三個學校都有提供宿舍呢? 還有就業機會哪個比較多呢?

我也有申請UTD Professional part-time MBA,我有看過板上關於UTD的討論,關於負面的意見居多,但是我應該還是會去讀吧,雖然跟這裡牛人讀的學校天差地遠,但是我覺得UTD的整體師資群還是不錯的,還是可以從學校裡學到東西.對,沒錯,professional是大家所謂的B段班,但是以我來說,我覺得這是心態上的調整而已.從小我也讀過大家眼中的明星學校或是學校中的A段班或是頂尖大學,同學的素質很高沒錯,但是真正跟你交心的,應該寥寥可數吧.大部分的同學都是把你視為眼中釘,或是競爭對手.我厭倦那種環境,或許也有人會說,是你的分數不夠才說那種風涼話,沒錯,我的分數無法申請前50大,但我已經覺得不錯了. Mike我推你這篇......我也有上UTD pro，雖然我不會去讀（well......原因很簡單，我只是做最適合的選擇），但是整個申請過程裡，UTD的行政人員非常之nice，比起其他學校，讓人真的覺得很窩心。
選學校本來就是選最適合自己的，有太多因素要考慮了，別人可能考個750，IB五年經驗又是小主管，然後說某些學校不好不要去念，那是因為有更適合他的選擇，但那也許不會是最適合你的選擇。
最近跟一個朋友連絡上，他比我早一年出去，英文還不賴，態度正面，是那種被擺在wl，會自己飛到學校去要求面試，最後爭取到錄取的積極份子。
當碩一下大家還在找intern時，他已經在GE融資做project。結果他跟我講：非常後悔......she hates finance......why?當初他的選校哲學就是照著排名走，從一堆錄取名單裡面挑一個排名最好的，然後選一個【聽說最賺】的主修--finance。偏偏他的興趣在international business（之前的工作也是類似產業），偏偏那所學校的國際貿易不是很強=.=
最後他連暑假另一個intern都推掉了，他說他要回台灣：好好思考看看自己到底要的是什麼......
如果要說network，他是full-time program，校方也不錯積極，他的口語能力跟生活習慣都還挺能融入老美生活圈，可是......現在他一點都不想network，因為走向完全不同......
假如當初他選校時好好思考一下他的why MBA就好了，（或者K大跟D大早點介紹一下TB就好了......開開玩笑的......:P）
另一個例子可能可以讓你有信心一點，我國中同學的哥哥也是UTD畢業的，他那時候還沒有分pro 跟cohort（剛成立不久的學校，哪來的排名？）那時候就是晚上上課（所以UTD不是為了斂財才搞出一個pro來，純粹只是為了衝排名，所以做了一點diversity，獨立初一個cohort，input越好，output就越好，形成一個循環）。
他大學背景跟工作還有考試分數都普通，大概花了一年多一些把課都修完，後來就到教授開的投資公司工作，拿到H1，不過後來不想等身分，大概兩年就回台灣了，現在在JP，做他喜歡的對法人基金銷售工作。
title不會很大，沒有那種千萬年薪，但是他很高興的說：錢很夠用，工作很累，但是因為是自己的興趣，所以非常開心。最主要的......我符合了家人跟自己的期待。（他是長子，家裡算保守一點，希望他留在父母身邊，當然他也ok就是了）。我大概跟他談了半個小時，他非常非常愛UTD。
這兩個例子或許有些極端，只是覺得學校是自己選，多聽別人講，絕對是好事，但是最後還是要以自己為主，選出一個最適合自己的學校。

Dear New MBA Student,
We are letting you know that you have been accepted in our MBA degree program. Your new admission and offer letter have already been sent to you via UPS. It has come to our attention, that the date of April 5th needs to be changed to April 15th. So you have until April 15th, to decide whether you would like to accept our offer of admission to the College of Business. Also, please change the date on the letter to April 15th, and send your response back to us at that time with your decision.
