關於AT 網路報名與加發~

想請問一下~ 我上mba.com無論是報名或是加發成績
都會出現
Alert:The system has encountered an error in your account information

這是為什麼阿
是他的系統有問題 還是我的電腦設定有問題呢~~

不想再浪費電話費的人留!! 煩請知道的人 回答一下囉~

系統的問題沒那麼快會解決,
強烈建議透過電話直接跟主辦單位溝通!

我也是同樣的問題，試了很多天，系統怎麼都還沒有修好，請教一下有人打電話和他們確認過了嗎？是什麼問題阿？　我們要打一個電話，時間上會比較快又方便阿？

這是什麼鬼系統阿！！

另,建議打電話的時候,也要跟客服人員反應你在mba.com的
account有問題,以我的例子,
電話報名之後,account也沒問題了!

我試過寫信，可是他們要我打電話去customer service,後來打了這支電話
Telephone: +61 2 9478 5430 (9a.m. to 6p.m. AEST)，先是確認了一些資料，他說有關電腦的問題，他沒有辦法解決? 天阿!!!! 叫我check website, 而且如果要加發成績，必須等他我收到他們e-mail的成績，才能在打電話去加發。

有那位大大知道mba.com 的帳號登入有問題，要怎麼解決阿?要找誰幫忙?

看前人的說法，我打完電話在登入，還是一樣的情形!!!!
