不過從答案來看，應該是weaken！！~~~~~~~吧~

weaken：實際上是economic

(a)雖不會有很多的醫療費，但是其它方面(other sorts)會economic losses-->總體來說，須花費很高(no economic-->weaken)

我剛剛問到牛人了~~

hypertension treatment可以減少一些因strokes and heart disease而引起的醫療費用
但是　所省下的錢只佔了hypertension treatment費用的4/1
- 為了省1/4的錢卻多花了3/4的錢
