如題:賴水信高分托福文法p.346(104)

答案是(C),但為什麼不是(B)?不是有believed和was兩個動詞,這樣不是要加連接詞that??
又,既然不是(B)何時可用(B)呢?

believed應該是形容詞子句，前面省略關係代名詞 who was；
如果選B的話，會同時存在兩個冠詞，that 跟 the 在文法上的地位是一樣，不可以重複。ex. 不能把『我這個朋友』翻成 my this friend.因為my 跟 this 都是冠詞。
