先看B since好了。since表自從是介系詞+NP(名詞片語)，表因為是連接詞+S+V(NC名詞子句)，B錯錯在用被動也要用tasks are handled by~所以這一定錯。
答案D的while可以當連接詞用，後方可+子句，但是tasks被做是被動，所以還是While tasks are handled by~。所以D錯。
A更莫明其妙，分列開主詞是Conventional computers，用兩逗點情況都是插入句做同位語。但是Conventional computers在兩逗點後並沒看到他的S+V，而是另一個主詞，所以A錯。
Whereas做連接詞可解為然而，後方+子句(S+V)，就文法來說C是正確的。
