小弟將這兩週來在www.prometric.com線上報名的經驗與各位分享
希望對關心"五月以後亞洲CBT加開考場可能性" 的朋友們有幫助

確定韓國六月有CBT
小弟在4/10報到了6/27的座位 但很快額滿了
4/15上午去check 仍無空位

若是四五月尚未把握考到理想分數的朋友們
可以選韓國(ROK , republic of Korea )看看
也許可以等待座位釋出的機會

(駐:南韓ROK, Republic of Korea, 漢城(首爾)seoul
試場地點網頁的第二個都市尚未去查譯名 猜想是濟州島)

另外 大概掃描過亞洲較佳(尼泊爾等等的就排除)的試場
有CBT的國家是
台 港 新加坡 日(東京 大阪) 韓 馬來西亞(吉隆坡?(尚未確認譯名)) 泰國(曼谷)
但目前都還沒看到6~8月的空位

4/10看到澳洲雪梨墨爾本原本有CBT
4/15看www.prometric.com只剩PBT

小弟報名到六月底的韓國座位 但心中仍有疑慮
台灣人去韓國考試 規則上的合法性
看了報名網頁, for KOR only 下面那段文字
也並未能釐清這方面的疑慮
待四五月考完後再進一步確認

South Korea only

The New TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT) will be introduced in South Korea in late May in selected cities.

To ensure all students have access to the test during this transition period, ETS will offer alternative testing arrangements for any student who is unable to schedule a TOEFL iBT test appointment.

Registrations for the new TOEFL iBT will commence in late April for selected cities and can be made through the KAEC contact centre or through the www.ets.org/toefl Web site from this date.

Please continue to visit this Web site for any updates with regard to TOEFL iBT.

All registrations through the Internet have been restricted to ensure fair and orderly processing during this period of high demand for testing space.

小弟拙見,也許是因應韓國五月開跑的ibt
因此加開cbt給韓國考生作為選擇

類推,台灣或其他地區ibt尚未確定開跑時程
臆測cbt很有可能會繼續加開 直到ibt正式上路.
至於何時加開 如何掌握第一時間報名
盼大家眾志成城 努力詢問以及爭取.

以下純屬小弟之拙見 :

因台灣ibt尚未確定時程
因此CBT很有可能繼續加開於六月之後
若到了五月實在等不到加開
建議可以注意韓國有無六月的座位釋出

(若有疑慮者 則無需浪費時間去考慮韓國)
