但是不懂為什麼of 後面的approach不用變成複數或是加冠詞呢?

approach不是可數名詞嗎?

of+單數名詞可以形成形容詞詞性，以修飾前方的名詞。
如something of great value-某個有很有價值的東西。
value也是可數名詞，但是就是可以這麼用。
