請問 E）和B）的不同點在哪裡呢？為什麼一定要選B）？

普通N前面，若非有有冠詞（定冠詞 the 或不定冠詞 a/an)，要不就是用複數型態
但這裡的publication表示『出版』，是抽象名詞
如果加the，變成the publication,這個出版，反而不當

prepare for + N
除非這個自沒有N，才會把動詞名詞化，就是Ving
所以prepare for publication 比 prepare for publishing 好

能不能請問一下,
Publsih也有發表的意思....
歷史學家準備好paper並且要發表....
題目好像沒有很明確的表明publish在這裡當什麼意思解...
依稀記得莫老師上課時好像是先說是兩個被動的的關係...
後來又說不然就把他想成是準備跟出版是不同人的事...
但我總覺得如果說是be prepared to be published兩各被動語氣上不如prepare for publication好的話....我還能接受...
或是一般prepare慣用介係詞for....

不知道我這樣會不會太鑽牛角尖...
希望能有前輩給我開導解惑....謝謝
