that替代the total amount

只是想知道 is twice that的用法是否有錯。

我想即使把as much as 解釋成關代作主格, B還是錯的吧, 因為第一個emit用的是主動, 但答案B卻把第二個emit改成被動, 基於被動少選, 還有平衡, B還是錯的
只是真的 " A is twice as much as B，其中as much as 可以省略--->A is twice B "???
有大大可以出來說明一下嗎??

B中annually位置不合文法，且is 不但位置不好(不平衡) 也多餘
twice that可以參考GWD有一題

(1)我可以接受(B)不是一個好答案，因為annually的位置真的不好！但是 as much as 後面可以加動詞，這個觀念應該沒有錯吧？

(2)(D)twice that emitted annually by all。that 在這裡是代替出現的"total amount of pollutant"嗎？
