CD那邊C和D兩個答案都有人選,看完後覺得答案D的確比較好一點, 前面用their,後面應該要用複數感覺意思比較平衡,
the Shang應該可以當作Shang人來看而非Shang這個朝代, 例如OG裡面有一題講到the Maya後面的動詞是複數,指馬雅人

另known for和known as都沒有錯,
known for指"If someone or something is known for a particular achievement or feature, they are familiar to many people because of that achievement or feature."

known as則接某種身分, 如答案D的crafter

倘若因為語意轉換...而不能平行時~~

OG說...and前方要加上","....以表示清楚~~

所以~~我覺得(D)也待商榷!!
