我那時候的判斷是因為主詞為trucks不是"生物"...所以覺得用by themselves怪怪的,然後又覺得可以用一個字alone比較簡潔!!

現在翻了一下英英字典
alone
1. (adv.) without any other people... by oneself(同義)

2.used after a noun or pronoun to emphasize one particular thing
ex. The shoes alone cost $200.
感覺本題句意應該偏向第二種

ps.另外,若要用themselves,我偏向不要加by...一樣用來強調trucks
ex.twice the number of trucks themselves...

覺得挺怪的

應該不是用這一個地方排除的吧

我覺得題目怪怪的
1. are made 和 come out 應該用過去式
2.the number of... 應加單數動詞 (所以 come 不符合)
