用B不合邏輯，拿B來說用for是說這個Congressional Medal of Honor是為遲來的表彰所設的最高獎
E用in long-overdue recogntion of才能說明是reward這個動作晚來了

為什麼 "A" 不行勒 ??

針對A而言

1、award 後面只能接 "名詞"或"to"，不接with (除非award是名詞的時候才可接with)
2、which只能指代前一個詞，這裡為Honor，句意不妥( which不可跳躍修飾)
3、and which was long overdue in 冗長多餘
4、Honor ....was long overdue (honor 不是long overdue )
5、long overdue 為形容詞，直接修飾 recognition(簡潔有力)
6、award哪方面…用in long overdue recognition of ....句意清楚~
