想請問 這裡的 "those mothers' 和 "such mothers" 有差異嗎

個人認為差異不大, 並非這個題目著重考點！
我覺得這題的考點是在young children之後的變化
(A) young children working outside the home
(B) young children who worked outside the home
(C) young children worked outside the home
(D) young children who worked outside the home
(E) young children working outside the home

這邊的work應該是要修釋mother, 但許多選項似乎都會被認為是在修飾children了.

those:代表之前提過的 有小孩又有工作的媽媽 in 1975
such: 不同群媽媽 這一群是2000 有小孩跟有工作 的媽媽
所以句意是不同的

不過同意huges0305說的 修飾語誤置的問題

作法一：看到兩個年代，兩件事情，優先選擇分號。剩BC。there be 少選→ 選到C。

作法二：Accroding to...,接劃線部份應為主文，也就是不要有一些屬次要結構的句子。剩BC，there be少選。
