順便整理一下假設法

與現在事實相反的假設:
If S. were/Vpt ..., S. should/would/could/might +原型動詞....
Were S. ..., S. should/would/could/might 原形動詞.... (倒裝)

But for + 名詞, S. should/would/could/might + 原形動詞
Without + 名詞, S. should/would/could/might + 原形動詞
Were it not for + 名詞, S. should/would/could/might + 原形動詞

對現在可能性大的假設:
If S. 現在式動詞 ..., S. shall/will/can/may + 原形動詞

與過去事實相反的假設:
If S. had been/Vpp ..., S. should/would/could/might have been/Vpp....
Had S. been/Vpp ..., S. should/would/could/might have been/Vpp (倒裝)

But for + 名詞, S. should/would/could/might + have Vpp
Without + 名詞, S. should/would/could/might + have Vpp
Were it not for + 名詞, S. should/would/could/might + have Vpp

與未來事實相反的假設:
If S. were to + 原形動詞...., S should/would/could/might + 原形動詞
