我想請問各位大大,在D選項entering是修飾number 還是other students.
而後面的has falled modifies the numbers?
至於在E選項enter應該是修飾students?

(D)的entering 是關代改分詞片語，依文法規則及句意是修飾students; has fallen是while引導的從屬子句主詞the number的動詞
(E)中的enter是關代who的動詞，who就近指涉students

那改成who enter,是要以過去式(who entered)?還是現在式(who enter)?

前面主詞是enrollments，若作contrast，while後面直接加the number比較清楚
