我選C，不過subject to的用法要等大牛來指導

as strigent as：standards相比要用those ，用they的消掉，刪除A, D

B) powered, and...：almost all of which一直到句末的功用，應該是要解釋為何sport vihicles不會被影響，所以gasoline powered跟and therefore...全部都放在all of which之下似乎比較順，同時，and前面有逗點的話，可看做一個句子中出現2個連接詞（and跟though）

E) they如果是指sport vihicles，應該被which代替掉了，個人比較喜歡those for
