先不要管句意 , 先看句子結構
When drafting... (adv-cl), S+V.... (副詞子句, 後面接主要子句主詞+動詞)

A選項很明顯怪 E, was...

A選項一看就知道考脫節結構....判斷方式很簡單...後面一定要馬上接主詞...找不到主詞就不要玩下去了(就算中間搞了插入句也不允許)...這個莫老師強調很多次...雖然OG上沒講.....但是還蠻好用的~~~

的確, Elizabeth Cady Stanton前後的逗點將Elizabeth當成author的同位語, 但有沒有可能Elizabeth當成主詞呢?

我個人的淺見是，這種題型好像還是看句意比較重要哩! 一個句子裡有人，有時間，有動作，這應該按照這個順序連起來的句子才順阿，B. C選項主詞都跑掉了很怪(有時為省時我就不會再看下去了)，而且OG也強調很多次Passive時態是wordy且weak的寫法。(B)選拆開來看你標紅字的部分是脫節修飾了，(C)選時態我覺得就文法沒錯，但改變了句意。

(B) 的 that 離要指代的名詞太遠了些,必需拔山涉水才找到 draft, 也很容易誤以為指 Convention => 的確, that 指代不清.
另外, draft 不會 Include 這個動作.

(C) when 說明時間是 in 1848, 主要子句應該用過去式.
還可以挑剔的是 it 指啥?

這一句是用假主詞it作主詞，代a call for female enfranchisement，但是a call for female enfranchisement並不能起草法案，起草的應是伊麗莎白姊，故脫節。
