答案A的the other應該要修正為the others
因為one..the other討論的對象只有兩個, 本句後面接有infections such as measles and yaws. 所以應用 the others infections such as..

答案D的other我認為應該沒錯
other + plural countable noun, 所以other infections應該是沒錯的

非劃線部份 has stimulated 這事應該不是持續到現在,而是曾經發生(現在完成式表示過去事件,至今為真),所以 previously 就是過去的過去了.

Ｃ的something they had not previously considered possible 是不是省略了that在something跟they中間呢？

像比方說我們說一個班上有一個學生有鉛筆, 其他學生有原子筆
One student has a pencil and the others students have pens in a class.
可印象中好像只要寫成the other students就好了, the other+複數名詞就可以, 不需要the others students~
但是我又找不到A還有哪裡錯, 哀哀哀

並不能控制所有剩下的傳染病(邏輯意思錯誤)
所以才能改變原句義吧

2. the other 似乎沒有特別的意思(多餘)
3. such as 對象是? (infeciitons, control) => 和 (C) 比較出的差異

(1)PP詳解中一直強調consider後要接形容詞比較簡潔有效, 不要接名詞, 那是不是以後看到consider有接名詞或形容詞的選項, 要選接形容詞的選項呢??

(2)E的the possibility of what是不是要改成the possibility that才對呢?
(3)是不是noun of不能加在what前面??

consider 受詞 + 受詞補語;受詞補語可以是名詞或形容詞.
previous possibility 不選應該是改變句意的緣故. (i.e. previously considered possible =/= considered a previous possibility)
(E) possibility of what = possibility of something that
of +N; what 是名詞, of what 文法上沒有錯.

因為(E)的選項中，從what 之後是一個完整的句子，感覺上應該要用 that 來引導。

the possibility + of what 子句 ==> 欠佳..
因為通常 N + of ，of 當介片，of 後接名詞性質較佳，在這裡反在這裡 of 接了個 一長串的what 句子... 欠佳~
the possibility + that 子句 ==> 佳 ，因為 that引導出一個完整的句子，作從屬子句，用來修飾說明前面的 " possibility 可能" ，佳。

不過我也有想問的地方是，(C) something 後面是不是省略了 that 了?不知我這樣看有沒有錯..

請其他的人來補充不足之處... 或有請 載伯特大
