我會選(E)因為"although" 代表contrast, 而"有被廣泛地翻譯成其他語言" 跟 "沒有被翻譯成其他語言" 剛好是"相反"的

我不太懂你說的C選項的錯誤
即使在CA的童話故事已經很有名了,他的小說仍然...
這樣子的話,前面用現在完成式也沒有絕對的錯誤吧

1. while 應該是"雖然"
2. 前後時態邏輯上沒有關聯 (講 A, B 對照,這句話在同一時空下才有意義.)
3. which 指代不清

1. 同樣在時態邏輯上不好 (still "仍然":過去到現在"仍然"...囉!完成式應該用這裡比較合理)

(C) even as所表達的含義與原句不同，even as是“正當，恰好在…時候”，有at the same time的意思，
而原句表達的是讓步轉折含義
