(E) 有幾個問題:
1. Japan's population 和 that of any other nation 不對稱; 對起來 that 的重點在 Japan, 不是 population, 而 that 應該是指 population.
2. with 表示本身具有這個特性, Japan's population 不會天生就下滑.
3. 介係詞應該用 by.
因為 with 句意不合理,所以無法保留,改完了就只好是 (C) 的樣子了.

所有格用 's 少選 (原則是生物才用 's; 有例外!指的是修飾的問題)
decline 改成 has a decline 不簡潔
原則: at + 度量衡 (e.g. 溫度,長度,重量,年份)
人是用數的,不是用量的.另外一個例子是錢.(特徵:沒有單位)

Japanese population才對!! 這是國中教的..我們都忘記了!!
