考慮這兩個
as well as 為從屬連接詞 ,前後要對稱
and 為對等連接詞,前後也要對稱
有兩個問題
(b)錯的原因是increasing破壞對稱嗎？？？？
(C)的對稱好像結構不對稱,是用句意來對稱嗎？？還是？？？

所以 to lend money 實際上是接在 " willingness" (名詞型)的後面
of the banks 是修飾 willingness

(1)and 優於 as well as, and 連接兩個重要性相等(本題強調), 而 A as well as B, A有優於B的語意
(2)就像dibert8所說的 increasing 有修飾 money 的語意(非本題強調), 同時本題的主要動詞report, that 後所接的事實應該是已經發生了(報導的內容應屬已發生)所以 increased 來修飾 willingness 較恰當, 也與前面的 renewed 平行

(C)的對稱我想應該沒錯, to lend 實際上應該是接在 willingness 後面, of banks 應該為修飾 willingness, to lend 也是修飾 willingness
