如莫伯伯所以說的, 句中有if不代表是假設法, 句中沒有if不代表不是假設法
選項(A), (B)可以先刪掉了, 因為後面的having及have有問題, 選項(C)也可刪掉了, 如果是假設法的省略倒裝, 應該是should test score show..., 選項(D)的問題也在後面的having上, 所以刪去, 因此只能選選項(E), 而其只在敍述一個事實

that 省略,因此 having 應該以動詞型式出現
(B) mastery 單數,動詞應該是 has
(C) should test scores {showing their students' mastery of reading skills} has
scores 複數,動詞應該是 have
should test scores... = if test scores should... => 句子的文法結構錯誤 (should 後面應該見到原形動詞), 正確的文法結構應該是 should test scores show that... mastery... has
(D) if 子句沒動詞
