(A) will it have => 不是問句不需倒裝 ; if it does 多餘
(B) that occurs 多餘,時態也不一致(現在發生和未來沒有交集)
(C) (D) divide ... and... 不是 divide ... or...
(E) divide over... and... 正確; would 表示'現在/未來'的假設語氣

喔!發文的標題格式是這樣的: e.g. "[問題]PP語法筆記-Q93";閣下忘了在題目上劃線.

be divided 意思是分成(至少)兩個,所以一定要看到 and: i.e. be divided over A and B
or 其實是從 whether... or... 而來,如果 whether 帶 or 就會長這樣: be divided over 'whether... or... ' and '...'
