不能說是在被redirect之前,所以用過去完成式嗎?

同一句裡好像不能以現在完成式當作過去時間的參考點,因為時間切得不清楚,從過去到現在都算現在完成式的範圍:哪裡算過去?哪裡又是過去的過去? (PP 有一題是以現在完成式當作過去,不過那一題的過去完成式用在另一句,不是在同一句; ozone 那一題)
不是很確定的時候,找另外一個缺點讓它出局.

我也想問B選項,正確答案E把, originally flowing into the St. Lawrence by way of Lake Michigan, 變成了 次要的 訊息,但原題並沒有用雙逗號將其標出顯示出原題認為那個 是必要的 訊息,這麼一來答案不就改變了 原意了 嗎?
再說B選的 過去完成式是因為有originally修飾而且其後還有now時間副詞與之對照所以想問位啥過去完成式不行呢 ??
