announce 感覺是一個時點做的事所以不用完成式比較好ㄇ
還是說因為主題是在講The first pulsar, or rapidly spinning collapsed star所以以Although observed by graduate student Jocelyn Bell in the summer of 1967為開頭有改變句意的嫌疑ㄇ

是因為
連接詞while的關係嗎?

E選項應該是在 the pulsar的部分
pulsar不能be announced，只能是discovery
所以 the pulsar....was not announced 怪!

the sighted pulsar "所看見的脈衝星"

請問一下被看見跟被觀察，意思是不是會重複？

pulsar to be sighted....VS the sighted pulsar

sight的作用應該就是要限定"pulsar"
也就是說 有很多pulsar
有的已經被看見 有的還沒被看見
就是那一顆"將被看見的pulsar"...在作後面所有修飾的動作(被發現在....)
用sighted表示已經被看過了
不加sight 變成泛指所有pulsar 邏輯不對!!
