面試規則：面試官問問題40min, 申請者問問題20min。 他會拿出一份約4-5頁的sheet，記錄你回答的問題。

3. How can an MBA benefit you (what do you expect to learn through an MBA)
4. What can you contribute
5. What other schools did you apply to
6. How do you select schools (Why Cornell)
7. Will you choose Cornell if admitted to all others
8. What are the qualities of a good leader
9. What do you think are the differences between a leader and a team member.
10. Give me an example of your leadership within a team
11. What's your biggest achievement, either professional or personal.
12. Give me an example of handling conflicts with your colleagues
13. Please tell me how you manage your time
14. What do you do in your leisure hours
15. Tell me about your analytical skills
16. What is the biggest/most tough decision you've ever made.

在Career goal這些標準題方面，Jacqueline都會繼續clarify，讓你講清楚。可能我的回答都比較精簡，感覺榨出他不少題目 ，希望這些資訊對R3的申請者有幫助。
最後稍微介紹一下Jacqueline，Jacqueline MBA之前在biotech公司工作，本身對研究熟悉，現在(Post MBA)則是在一間Health realated的跨國公司作marketing。07年畢業的他，今年第一次做interviewer，也希望能meet更多人。
