MAN: Actually there's not much swelling and I got something for the pain.

What does the man mean?

正解D)The woman is mistaken.

我選了C)The dentist gave him some medication.
雖然也覺得怪

不過為何是 woman 誤會了呢? MAN的確有拔牙吧? 她不過是問他感覺怎樣..
哪裡有誤會MAN呢?

應該是假設語氣與事實相反吧？！

我還以為是因為M回答不痛，W誤解她會痛，所以選了D。 :^)

題目中的something跟medication對應

我也覺得是C，had 為祈使動辭，爾且女方並沒有誤會，那男的確實有拔牙。這幾個題組解題的是大陸考生，答案難免有錯。

是沒錯的
大陸他們是直接拷貝題目連答案的所以那是ETS的標準答案

這問題考的是聽力

語氣方面抑揚頓挫文字的感覺如果聽起來是很關心的語氣呢?
托福是考我們使用語言的能力
男聲回答""Actually"" there's not much swelling
表示其實沒什麼腫開門見山的說
因為那個男的從那個女的問的話中有那個女的好像以為他很嚴重的感覺
這樣應該能解釋

還有看到剛剛那位朋友寫的敘述

那男的確實有拔牙

只是不像那位女生聽說的那樣
那位女生給那男生的感覺很像他應該是很不舒服
所以男生感受到女生的關心
言外之意就是沒什麼問題
也可以說那個女生誤會了

大家了解一下

自己看了一下好像不是說的很清楚
