兩句的句意有些微出入,主要的差異在於 :第二句中的主語較清楚=>是experts 的需求增加.
第ㄧ句只知道需求增加 , that子句作為前面the need的補充說明 .由句意中較難清楚的判定此需求對象為?

答題時的小技巧, ㄧ般片語優於子句 <---非絕對
