But I have checked the Longmen dictionary and got the following explanation :

compare to/with : used when considering the size, quality, or amount of something in relation to something similar.

ex 2 : Statistics show a 20% reduction in burglary compared with last year.

是不是 compare to 比較要同類而 comepare with 可以比較不同類 ? 再討論

compare A to B ---> A. B 比較可以不同類, to 有比喻的意思ㄛ

it可代percent嗎?
因為若不行的話就只有C可選了....

但是我我覺得C修飾語誤置耶....
因為本來18歲修釋西裔美國人....
C變成修飾加州人....

其實. 我覺得 c 的句意是很合理的 : 在現今18歲以下的加州人有超過43%是hispanic人....

But...

D, 你可以發現那 沒人修飾 43% 及 35% 語意不全 (莫北北會問 甚麼的 35% :P ) 而且 it 不知代誰, 因為所有的"人" 都是複數

Hispanics不是單純指西班牙人喔..
而是指"說"西班牙語的後裔(包括墨西哥,南美洲...)
他們在阿美利卡的人口多的不得了啊~~(特別是在離墨西哥很近的加州)

其他it 都有問題 不是知道在指什麼東西
