這句話有兩層可能 :
1.煙槍人數不變 且每個人狂抽猛抽不停的抽(最好都得肺炎啦這些阿美仔)
如此才能達到D所表達的
2.煙槍人數減少但每個人也隨便狂抽猛抽不停的抽一下
也可以達到D所表達的

為何是equal阿 不是應該如題目所說是greater嗎?

我的想法是 og解釋說 若假設開始抽煙的男士人數 剛好 等於 戒煙女士的人數時 加上A的條件: 開始抽煙的女士 比 戒煙的男士人數 多

在這兩個條件下 會造成成人抽煙人數的增加 而非減少
