其問題在於指出題目所做出的推論並不正確
選項B僅是將題目的數字關係改成以百分比形式來寫,如同P大所列,這樣子的比較仍沒有意義...
選項E就點出我們應該比較的是死亡率關係...

(D) 是不是寫反了? 我找不到答案!
題目裡本來就沒有比較各別死亡率,而是拿各別死亡數相比,見到兩數相差無幾所以作的結論!
改這樣是不是比較像答案? Comparing total numbers of deaths rather than comparing death rates per thousand members of each group

還是覺得答案給的很奇怪.考點應該很清楚,答案這樣選卻不太能理解.

問哪以個選項點出 "absurdity"
(D) "Comparing death rates per thousand members of each group" 這是正確的做法,怎麼會是 "absurdity"?
(B) "375000/(375000+408000) 近似 408000/((375000+408000) 而說戰場沒有比較危險" => 這才是"absurdity" 吧!
