Sharon說 normal unemployement rate is 5% 也就是說20個人中有1人unemployed 如果某人認識了50人 那這50人中一定有一人是unemployed.

只有(B)可為前提, 因為如果否定(B) Sharon說的話就不可能成立
否定B的情況是, 大部分失業人口 ARE normally concentrated in geographically isolated segments of the population
那麼 一個人認識了50人 不一定會有一個人失業...
所以(B)一定為前提

我這一題是直接看
對B的理解是因為會有機率的假設，也就是文中S同學的假設，一定會有平均分布的假設
也就是這樣argument的看法，是建立在地理上不會有太大差異的情況下
至於A選項，我是直接排除，沒有想太多

A不能選會部會是因為，sharon在討論適中的失業率，而Ａ指出正常失業率很少被超過，卻沒解釋造成適中失業率的原因，Ｂ有解釋，是因為失業人不會集中在某一地理區
